June is when the boating season starts to settle into its summer rhythm. The evenings stretch a little longer, fresh herbs begin appearing in back deck planters, and suddenly the conversations turn to hiking trails, golf stops, and what’s being poured over ice at anchor. This month, I’m sharing a few “garden in a glass” cocktail tips inspired by fresh citrus and herbs, some of my favourite resources for finding great hiking trails while cruising the Pacific Northwest, and a look at golfing while boating, including clever gear, easy stops, and why the two lifestyles pair together surprisingly well. I hope this issue inspires a few new summer traditions both on and off the boat.
