Classic Centre Bay Hot Crab Dip
This is a dock favourite and really highlights the sweet flavour of our West Coast Dungeness crab. Can be served with crackers, bread or even vegies (for the Keto crowd).

Classic Centre Bay Hot Crab Dip
Equipment
- Toaster Oven
Ingredients
- 10 ounces Fresh, shelled Centre Bay Dungeness Crab
- 1 package Softened Cream Cheese
- 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, lemon juice, worcestershire, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and pepper
- Separate the large intact crab pieces from the broken up pieces
- Combine the smaller broken pieces with the cheese mixture and mix well
- Gently fold in the large intact crab pieces until combined
- Add the crab dip mixture into a medium casserole or baking dish
- Bake for about 35-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown
- Some boaters use garlic, diced onion or green onion but I find it takes away from the sweet taste of the crab
- Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, bread or vegetables
Very yummy!
Scrumptious!
