Celebrate summer on the shores of the Fraser River! Steveston comes alive as an estimated 2,000 paddlers and 20,000 festival-goers converge for one of Richmond’s most popular community festivals at Steveston Harbour and Imperial Landing Park. Enjoy great dragon boat racing, local cultural and music performances, a strong local outdoor marketplace selection, and culinary offerings all day long, from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
