The chef provides step by step instruction\, along with recipes you can take home and recreate with confidence. \nThe class is interactive and relaxed\, with a focus on building practical skills while enjoying the process. Once the dishes are complete\, participants sit down together to share the meal. A welcome drink is included to complement the seafood menu\, and each participant receives an apron to take home. This workshop offers a straightforward and engaging way to learn how to prepare and present local seafood.
