DESCRIPTION:The Chefs’ Table Society of BC reinvents the iconic chowder competition with the inaugural Chowder Cup!\n\n\nThe Chefs’ Table Society of BC reinvents the iconic chowder competition with the inaugural Chowder Cup by CTS — a lively evening celebrating BC seafood\, local chefs\, and thoughtfully paired BC craft beer or cider. \nOn Thursday\, February 5\, 2026\, from 6:30–9:00 pm\, eight talented chefs will go head-to-head\, each presenting a signature seafood chowder paired with a complementary craft beverage\, giving guests the chance to taste\, sip\, and compare throughout the evening. \nJoin the Chefs’ Table Society of British Columbia alongside participating chefs and judges for an immersive culinary experience\, and cast your vote for the People’s Choice Award \nYour ticket also includes BC craft beer or cider paired with each chowder. \n** Must be 19 years of age or older to attend.
