DESCRIPTION:Celebrate all things oysters in this 3-day festival featuring premier dishes from local restaurants\, live music\, bubbles\, and fundraising!\n\n\nJoin us at the Tofino Community Hall in Tofino\, BC for a weekend full of Food\, Live Music\, Bubbles\, Oysters\, and Fundraising! \nThe Tofino Oyster Festival is the spirited evolution of the beloved Clayoquot Oyster Festival\, which ran for over 20 years and captured the hearts (and taste buds) of locals and visitors alike. \nThis year\, we’re building on that legacy by adding a deeper layer of purpose by turning Oyster Fest into a fundraiser supporting two incredible local charities: Redd Fish Restoration Society and Food Bank On The Edge. \n* Full weekend passes & single-day passes available for purchase under TICKETS \n*Tickets are non-refundable. \n*All aspects of the building are accessible by wheelchair. \n*Must be 19+ to attend Friday + Saturday – two pieces of identification are required. \n* Sunday is all-ages + kids under 12 are free. \nFriday November 27: Mermaid’s Ball. A vibrant costume party and coastal cocktail affair to kick off the weekend with live music\, shucking stations\, and a curated bar of handcrafted drinks and coveted spirits. \nAlways a favourite\, this event sets the tone for the full weekend \nSaturday November 28: Oyster Fest Gala. An intimate\, cocktail-style evening where Tofino’s top chefs serve up the region’s best oysters. Guests sip\, sample\, and vote on their favourite\, crowning the “Best Tofino Oyster” of 2025. \nNew this year: we’ll also host a live auction during the evening\, raising funds for our featured local charities. It’s that perfect blend of party and purpose — the ultimate feel-good night for a coast we love! \nSunday November 29: The Shucker’s Showdown. Professional and amateur shuckers from around the world go shell-to-shell in a fast-paced finale for the title of top Tofino Shucker.
