Reynolds Foil Bags

My friends on Departure hooked me up with these bags and I love them!  We use them to cook crab on the BBQ.  Simply open the Reynold’s Hot Bag, throw in 2 or 3 large Dungeness crab (we remove the caps, split the crabs in half and clean them thoroughly).  We usually add fresh lemon and a bit of butter but have also used olive oil, sliced onions and Chef Prudhomme’s Blackened Redfish Magic.  Seal the bag and let it sit on the BBQ for about 15 minutes.  It is ready to serve on the dock with no pots to clean.  Bon Crabbétit!

We used to be able to find these bags at Walmart in Canada or Target in the US but have been having a bit of a challenge locating them.  The manufacturer’s website said that they have been discontinued.  Until we find some locally or convince Superstore to make their own, we have been using store brand heavy duty foil and making our own bags.
