  • 1 cup Mixed Nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, peanuts)
  • .5 cup Dried Fruit (cranberries, apricots or raisins)
  • .5 cup Dark Chocolate Crumbles (or chocolate covered espresso beans for a caffeine kick)
  • .5 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • .5 cup Granola Clusters (for some crunch)
  • .25 cup Sunflower Seeds (shelled and unsalted)
  • .25 cup Dried Banana Chips

Method
 

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir gently to ensure everything is evenly distributed.
