No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Balls

They can be frozen so I usually make a big batch at home and freeze them individually, then store in a tupperware container in the freezer on the boat. They are great to grab and go!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup flax seed
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Mix together the protein powder, flax seed, and peanut butter
  2. Add the honey to the bowl and mix all ingredients
  3. Use your hands to form the clump into a big ball
  4. Divide into 4 sections and roll into individual balls
  5. Chill in the fridge for one hour before serving
