Get your feet wet as skipper, build your skills and enjoy a weekend of skill-building on this weekend rendezvous designed to help you build miles and confidence.
 
Itinerary 
Friday Depart Port Sidney or meet at Port Browning by 4 p.m. for a potluck dinner.
Saturday Group Breakfast on the Docks. Morning Class. Day of Practical Docking & Line Handling. Dinner at Port Browning.
Sunday Group Breakfast & Morning Class. Docking & Line Handling Practice. Departure by 1 p.m.
 
The Boats*
Bring your own boat. (*Optional Coaching Session and Crew Matching available for women who want to use this trip as a first trip as skipper.
Charter a boat with our partners at Nanaimo Yacht Charters & Sailing School or Seaport Yacht Charters.
Join us as an individual aboard a group boat (minimum 3-participants).
*Limited to 4-boats to ensure sufficient time for focused training.
 
Certifications Available
Opportunities to gain the following certifications: Intro to Cruising, Competent Crew or Day Skipper. Join us for a weekend of learning to help you gain more confidence and skill.
