This is a really cool idea for housing. The Heart of Europe Hotels and Resorts chain is setting up a development on the coast of Dubai called The Floating Seahorse on St. Petersburg Island.
Each residence, or floating villa, has three floors; one at sea level, an upper deck and a third master bedroom underwater! It also includes a glass-bottom jacuzzi on the upper deck.
