For a really quick update, visit Fabricland on Marine Drive in Vancouver. They have pre-made (with zippers) pillow covers in a number of different sizes and tons of different fabrics and colours. Prices start at $4 and go up to $28 – there are lots to choose from, aisles and aisles. I bought some blue ones for the boat and some fantastic floral ones for the back yard.
