Koki brings the vibe of “FIN”—his contemporary bar project in Mexico City—to The Chickadee Room. Fusing his Japanese heritage with the electric energy of the Condesa neighbourhood, this pop-up blends World Class technique with a high-voltage party atmosphere. Expect bold flavours, neon lights, and a mash-up of cultures. Walk-ins welcome, but VIP tickets secure a bar seat, a feature Nikka cocktail, and a “Juke Karaage” fried chicken.
