Experience the flavours of the West Coast in this hands-on seafood workshop led by a renowned chef. You will prepare dishes featuring spot prawns, Pacific salmon, and a rich clam chowder, while learning techniques that highlight freshness and simplicity.
All ingredients are carefully selected and locally sourced, reflecting the quality and character of coastal British Columbia. The chef provides step by step instruction, along with recipes you can take home and recreate with confidence.
The class is interactive and relaxed, with a focus on building practical skills while enjoying the process. Once the dishes are complete, participants sit down together to share the meal. A welcome drink is included to complement the seafood menu, and each participant receives an apron to take home. This workshop offers a straightforward and engaging way to learn how to prepare and present local seafood.
