Newport International Boat Show (NIBS), is a four-day fall showcase spanning 17+ acres of marinas, wharfs and waterfront sites in historic downtown Newport. Expect hundreds of new sail and powerboats on the docks, sea trials, hands-on Tech Talks, and a lively on-land marketplace of marine gear and services.

Tickets and Show Hours
- Show hours: Thursday through Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM.
- General admission: Around $32 for a one-day ticket, with two-day passes and preview day upgrades available. Children under-10 free with an adult.
- VIP access: $275 for Premium one-day ticket which includes early entry and lounge access. Availability is limited and pricing increases after early-bird deadlines.
Plan Your Visit
The show takes place throughout downtown Newport’s waterfront, so expect plenty of walking between docks. Parking is limited, and shuttles are recommended for those staying outside of town. If you are hoping for a sea trial, contact the broker or exhibitor in advance to secure a spot. A light windbreaker is a smart choice, and keeping your essentials in a small pouch helps avoid juggling bags on crowded docks.
