During this demnostration class,we will talk about how to cook perfect paella Valenciana with shellfish and marinated chicken.

On the menu tonight:

Gambas al Ajillo

Spanish Garlic Shrimp with White Wine, Lemon, and Herbs, served with Fresh Sourdough

Paella Valencia

Marinated Chicken, Chorizo, and Clams, infused with Smoked Chili and Saffron

Spicy Daikon Salad

Refreshing with Mint, Cilantro, and Serranos, topped with a Chili Garlic Dressing

Tomato Basil Salad

Elegantly simple, with sour cream and horseradish

Burnt Basque-Style Cheesecake

The classic dessert from Northern Spain celebrating the unique culture of the region. Served with preserves

$129 + GST per person (tickets must be purchased in pairs)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register – visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
