Join plant-based chef Nourished by Nour and zero-proof cocktail maker Oshia Potions for an immersive evening of seasonal food, thoughtful drink pairings, and shared connection in the South of Salt Spring Island.
Set amongst the forest at one long communal table, this special banquet-style gathering will showcase the best of Salt Spring’s summer abundance and wild foraged ingredients, featuring organic and locally sourced produce from Stole Lake Farm, Free Rangers Organics, and a collaborative pairing experience with Salt Spring Kombucha.
As we gather in celebration of the season, expect a carefully curated menu inspired by the landscape and ingredients of the island – vibrant, nourishing, and designed to be shared.
The evening will include:
– A welcome zero-proof cocktail & canapé
– A multi-course plant-focused banquet dinner with paired seasonal drinks
– A dessert course & paired cocktail to finish the evening
