DIY Pumpkin Spice

Contrary to popular belief, Starbucks did not invent pumpkin spice, also known as pumpkin pie spice. You can buy the spice at a store, but I usually have all the ingredients at home, and it is a good time to use them. Every year, I make a small batch to take on my winter boating adventures when a warm cup of something (coffee or hot rum) is greatly appreciated.
