Sleepy Hollow Car Show

Get ready for the 27th Annual Sleepy Hollow Sleepy Hollow Car Show! This three-day event in Sechelt, BC, from August 9-11, 2024, celebrates classic cars, hot rods, and speciality vehicles. Join the fun with a scenic Rod Run, a spectacular Show ‘n’ Shine, and Sunday drag racing.

Rod Run

This family event starts on Friday with cars registering at Hackett Park from 1:00 PM until 5:30 PM for the Rod Run to Halfmoon Bay. At the park, there will be a concession stand selling food and beverages. Before the Rod Run, there will be a free corn roast for the participants.

This gives everyone a chance to meet and greet local car club members and out-of-town guests. The 30 km Rod Run cruise starts at 6:15 PM and is led by our local RCMP with 450+ classic cars winding their way through 3-4000 spectators that line the highway from Sechelt to the Halfmoon Bay Fire Hall.

Participants are always amazed at the warm welcome and enthusiasm of the cheering crowds that gather alongside the roadway.

The spectators make signs, dress in costumes and place couches/ lawn chairs in their driveways. You also see several barbecues and house parties in full swing.

Show’n’Shine

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST ENTER FROM Trail Ave. to Cowrie Street and be directed to a parking spot. There will be traffic control to park you. Gates will open at 6:00 am.

If you would like to park as a group please arrive together, we will NOT hold spaces. Don’t forget your headlight sticker! (Driver side headlight) Please have your car on the field by 10 am for judging. If you missed registration Friday night you can register until noon at our central location.
