This high-energy evening of liquid artistry kicks off with dynamic live performances by Karla Sax and Georgy Manterola, setting the stage for a showcase of talent from Per Se Social Corner, West Oak, The Greek, Brix & Mortar, and Heist. Witness the neighbourhood’s elite bartenders as they strive to impress both a panel of industry experts and the toughest critics in the room: you.

Your experience begins with a welcome cocktail and an official tasting card. Throughout the night, explore five dedicated bars to enjoy the featured competition cocktails at your own pace. Each station showcases a unique creation featuring premium spirits including Botanist Gin, Bruichladdich, Cointreau, Metaxa, Mount Gay, St-Rémy, and Teremana. Between rounds of passed canapés, you’ll watch the drama unfold live as each bartender has just ten minutes to present their story and technique to the judges.
